Introduction to the technical aspects of artistic work on stage

In this course you will be introduced to the most important aspects of the stages and studios in the institute in 7 sessions. These sessions include things like:
> How does the light desk and the patching system work? What types of lamps do we have and what can we use them for?
> How do the different mixers and sound desks work? How do I record and amplify things on stage?
> Basics in sound on stage and usage of cameras as artistic and documentary devices: Cameras, tripods, microphones, recorders
> Different types of cables, data signals etc.
The participation in this class is mandatory if you want to be able to work on the stages and in the studios independently. It addresses first semester students, but is also open for those who want to refresh their technical knowledge.
